Harbour View is a bespoke coastal residence designed for a family’s summer retreats and year-round enjoyment. Situated in the picturesque village of Mylor Churchtown, this contemporary new build seamlessly blends modern design with natural materials, creating a tranquil and inviting living space.
Key features include a reclaimed timber-clad garden lounge, reclaimed Delabole slate roof, a light-filled kitchen and dining area, and thoughtfully selected finishes that reflect the coastal surroundings. Harbour View stands as a testament to quality craftsmanship and a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Every sunrise and sea breeze becomes part of the daily experience as the large sliding glass doors allow you to move seamlessly to the outside living space, fostering a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living.
Inside, a custom-designed kitchen and dining area boasts premium stone surfaces, modern cooking appliances, and integrated wine storage, while the reclaimed-timber sauna and lounge clad in weathered oak create a warming counterpoint to crisp coastal light.
For the evenings spent with family, the separated games room comes complete with a built-in bar, a pool table, and seating to enjoy movies into the early hours.
We collaborated closely with the clients – who were an absolute pleasure to work with to bring their vision to life. We are very proud of this project and the joy it will give to our clients in the years to come.
