Chris Heard ACIAT
Chris is a fully qualified Architectural Technologist and has been with Richards since 2021, helping to shape and grow the design side of the business into what it is today.
Kelly Richards
Kelly has more than 20 years’ experience in client-facing administrative and financial roles, and is often the first point of contact for clients.
Darren Guichard-Wheatley
Darren has been with Richards since 2022 and is responsible for all the company’s resources – people, training, materials, PPE, vehicles and more.
James Richards
With over 50 years of experience in the building trade, James is responsible for the high level management of multiple sites ensuring that the teams are on schedule, on plan and have everything they need.
Frankie Nevin
After joining Richards in 2021, Frankie has worked his way up through the ranks to become one of Richards’ Construction Supervisors, responsible for managing construction on site.
Treve Bailey
Treve is the most recent addition to the management team, responsible for managing our projects on site.
