Frankie’s job is to make sure that the technical drawings are interpreted correctly and the build is progressing as intended. He is experienced in good cross-section of trades, which, together with his great organisational and problem-solving skills, make him a real asset to the Richards team.

Since starting with Richards, he has studied for and completed his Construction Manager qualification and is fully SMSTS endorsed.

Outside of work, Frankie is getting to grips with being a parent for the first time, as well as coaching a youth football team. He regularly goes to the gym and has recently raised money for charity climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
