Over the years, Richards has achieved Considerate Constructor awards, three years running, and Kurt is committed to ensuring that his clients maintain a good relationship with their neighbours throughout the work on-site.  

Finding solutions for clients is what drive Kurt, which is why he has expanded the business into the Design side in recent years. He is committed to ensuring that the design, and the technical details, as well as the construction, are meeting clients’ needs and budgets. He loves building something unique from a set of ideas, and handing over the keys at the end! His team says he has very strong empathy skills, putting himself into the client’s shoes, but also ensuring that his team are treated as human beings, not just workers. 

Outside of work he is husband to Kelly, and a proud dad. He currently chairs the local Village Hall committee, giving back to his local community, and is learning to fly.
